By creating an account, posting tasks, watching videos, or using any service provided on MelaRPM, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. 1. Description of Service MelaRPM is a community exchange platform designed specifically for content creators and YouTubers (primarily targeting Ethiopian creators) to increase YouTube video watch time, optimize YouTube RPM (Revenue Per Mille), boost genuine ad impressions, and grow YouTube ad revenue through authentic peer-to-peer task engagement. 2. Account Eligibility & Responsibilities Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use MelaRPM. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (email, password) and all activities occurring under your account. One Account Per User: Users are strictly prohibited from creating multiple accounts. Creating alt accounts to farm points or complete your own tasks will result in an immediate lifetime ban and forfeiture of wallet balances. 3. Rules for Task Creators (Posting YouTube Links) To maintain high ecosystem quality and protect viewer experience, all submitted tasks must follow these rules: Monetization Requirement: Only public, active monetized YouTube videos with served video ads and at least 1,000 subscribers are permitted. Non-monetized videos, unlisted videos, or videos with disabled ads (e.g., "Made for Kids") will be automatically or manually rejected. Prohibited Content: You may not post videos containing illegal content, hate speech, explicit content, copyrighted material without rights, or links intended to promote scams. Point System: Posting a task consumes user points/credits from your wallet. Points spent on valid completed tasks are non-refundable. 4. Rules for Task Completers (Viewers & Screenshot Verification) Authentic Viewing: Users completing tasks must watch the designated video continuously, allow standard YouTube video/banner ads to serve, and capture a valid screenshot featuring YouTube’s "Stats for Nerds" overlay and active ad content. AI & Automated Review: Screenshots submitted for task verification are processed using Gemini AI verification. Attempting to upload fake screenshots, edited images, blank pictures, or recycled screenshots from other tasks will result in immediate task rejection and account suspension. No Bot Activity: Use of automated bots, VPN trickery to falsify impressions, or headless browser scripts to complete tasks is strictly prohibited. 5. Wallet, Points, and Earnings In-Platform Currency: Points/Credits earned on MelaRPM represent internal platform value for task creation and rewards. Points hold no monetary value outside of MelaRPM unless explicitly eligible for withdrawal under MelaRPM payout policies. Account Forfeiture: If an account is banned due to fraud, multi-accounting, fake screenshot submissions, or breach of these terms, all accumulated points and pending earnings are permanently forfeited. 6. YouTube & Third-Party Platform Compliance Independent Platform: MelaRPM is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google LLC, or Google AdSense. User Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation on MelaRPM complies with YouTube’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. MelaRPM is not liable for any third-party actions taken by YouTube against user channels (such as demonetization, strikes, or channel suspensions). 7. Account Suspension & Termination MelaRPM reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account at any time, without prior notice, if: You violate any provision of these Terms of Service. You attempt to exploit bugs, bypass AI screenshot validation, or use cheating software. You engage in abusive, deceptive, or fraudulent behavior towards other users or site administrators. 8. Limitation of Liability MelaRPM is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no guarantees regarding specific YouTube revenue increases, RPM growth rates, or uninterrupted platform uptime. In no event shall MelaRPM, its owner(s), or operators be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site usage. 9. Modifications to Terms MelaRPM reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time.
